Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
• Develop a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Present and demonstrate product features, advantages, and benefits to clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and activity reports.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of pavers and tuff tiles products, applications, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in using sales CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
