We are  seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager with expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of industry experience and a proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and generating high-quality leads. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising efforts while aligning with the academy's goals of bridging academia and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.

Lead Generation:

  • Design and execute lead-generation strategies to attract and convert potential students and industry partners.
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, and ad content to maximize conversions and ensure quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and sales teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversion rates) and provide regular performance reports.
  • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.

Content Collaboration:

  • Work with the content team to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages tailored for lead generation.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and the academy’s mission.

Budget Management:

  • Plan and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Track spending and ensure campaigns remain within budget constraints.

Industry Trends and Innovation:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Meta and Google advertising.
  • Experiment with new tools, formats, and platforms to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing goals.
  • Mentor junior team members and share expertise on paid marketing strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaign management with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Portfolio: Demonstrated success in executing and optimizing paid campaigns, particularly those focused on lead generation (portfolio required).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience with additional platforms like LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
