Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA is a plus.

Experience: 1–3+ years in AR or general accounting; ERP experience preferred.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Invoice generation and payment posting
Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
Maintain AR aging reports and assist in month-end closing
Update customer billing records

Soft Skills: Attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Other: Ensure compliance with financial policies; maintain confidentiality of data.
