- Handle B2B commercial energy calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries and concerns.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work the night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Freshers and females are encouraged to apply.
