We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team at E-Green Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd. The ideal candidate will support the smooth operation of our office by performing various tasks essential to daily activities.

Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including desks, meeting rooms, kitchens, and restrooms.
Mail Handling: Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents to appropriate departments and individuals.
Refreshments: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and guests.
Clerical Support: Assist with basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Errand Running: Run office errands, including purchasing supplies, making deliveries, and picking up orders as needed.
Meeting Setup: Arrange and prepare meeting rooms for conferences and events, ensuring necessary equipment and materials are available.
Guest Reception: Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain office supply levels to ensure availability.
Assistance to Staff: Provide day-to-day support to staff members as required.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
Physical ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment.

Preferred:

Computer diploma holder with proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use.
