Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding promptly to service issues and requests.
Assist in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, and peripherals.
Work on Domains, IP Schemes, Static IPs, Online Devices, and Application Servers.
Work on Modeling tools, e.g., Visio, and Smart Draw.
Work and execute Network Security, Database Backup, Replication, Tuning, and System Imaging.
Analysis of IT Structure & Troubleshooting for problem solutions.
Installation and maintenance of NVR & CCTV Cameras.
Analysis of IT Structure & Troubleshooting for problem solutions.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3-year experience working in a technical support environment.
Previous experience and superior customer/HelpDesk service skills.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office .
