We are seeking dedicated male and female Customer Chat Support Specialists to join our team. Our office operates 24/7 with three 8-hour shifts, providing flexibility in work hours.
The primary responsibility is to engage with customers on Facebook, promote our gaming platforms, and provide excellent support.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Availability for any of the three shifts (24/7 operation)
- Proficiency in engaging and hunting for customers on Facebook
