We are seeking a professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and act as the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will handle all incoming calls, welcome visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Address inquiries from clients, employees, and visitors with accurate information.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
