- Oversee all inventory management and reconciliation across Muridke, Sialkot, and other sites, ensuring accurate record-keeping, maintaining minimum stock levels, and adherence to SOPs.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for both local and export dispatches, managing transport bookings, packing, and maintaining dispatch logs according to company regulations.
- Handle financial audits and stock reconciliations, reporting to the CFO to ensure compliance with financial requirements and accurate stock valuations.
- Supervise store personnel, enforce 5S safety protocols, and collaborate with the DGM Spinning for daily material in-out operations and process improvements across all stores.
