THIS IS A BILINGUAL ENGLISH SPANISH SPEAKING POSITION

  • As a bilingual Customer Service Representative, you are the point of contact for English and Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the "voice" of our company.
  • They must be clear and confident communicators who always have a constant focus on safety and the customer.
  • A positive, flexible communicator and a good listener who can multitask to solve problems.
  • Community Solutions Billing Representatives use patience and strong communication skills to uncover customer needs, answer questions, and leave a positive impression on every customer interaction.

The minimum requirements are:

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Handle inquiries in a safe, friendly, timely and highly accurate manner
  • Learn and retain the required knowledge to be successful in their role
  •  Work in a high-impact, fast-paced environment and able to successfully handle high-pressure situations

As a Full Time, Customer Service Representative, your work schedule will fall within the hours of operation for the location and may change depending on business needs.
