Job Summary:
We're seeking an aggressive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our truck dispatch team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll generate new business leads and build relationships with trucking companies, brokers, and shippers to increase our dispatch services. Sales experience only in Truck Dispatching Company will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective Carriers to promote dispatch services
- Negotiate and close deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 6 to 1+ year of sales experience (Truck Dispatching/Sales calling preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with the trucking industry (a must)
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of transportation logistics
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
