Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and temporary positions. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance Fitwell Hub’s online presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email marketing.
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Conduct SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements:

5 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads Certification, HubSpot) are a plus.
