Responsibilities:

Lead Discovery:

  • Identify and pursue new sales prospects in the DUBAI market.
  • Make compelling outbound calls to promote our cutting-edge IT solutions.

Negotiation and Conversion:

  • Manage complex negotiations with senior executives.
  • Utilize exceptional sales skills to convert leads into scheduled meetings.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and potential customers.

Business Development:

  • Successfully create and expand business from new and existing accounts.
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

Education and Communication:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Sales Acumen:

  • Proven history of closed business with a minimum of 2-3 years in Telesales (Cold Calling).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling IT and software services.

Work Hours:

  • Morning Shift 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
