• Identify potential customers and businesses in need of energy-efficient solutions by researching and analyzing market trends and target demographics.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our energy installation services, build rapport, and gather information about their energy needs.
  • Lead development
  • Sales closure and contract execution
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our energy-efficient products and services, as well as the benefits they offer to customers.
  • Providing customers with information about the campaign
  • Able to make 80-100 calls per day.

Qualifications:

  • Previous 1-4 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of energy-efficient solutions is a plus.
  • Flexible and can easily adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills in selling added value and negotiating are essential.
  • Previous work experience in energy campaigns is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Strictly with sales experience (preferably cold calls, phone-based sales experience B2C in the UK)
