Responsibilities:

Manage the entry and exit of vehicles, ensuring proper documentation and security checks.
Oversee the inward and outward movement of goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Handle large-scale vehicle operations, including managing high-capacity vehicles efficiently.
Ensure that all vehicles and goods comply with company policies and safety standards.
Coordinate with the security team to ensure smooth operations at the gate.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments and vehicles.
Supervise and guide a team of gate staff, ensuring effective workflow.

Requirements:

3 to 4 years of industrial experience in gate supervision or a similar role.
Knowledge of managing large-scale vehicles and handling inward and outward logistics.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and ensure smooth operations.
