Job Responsibilities
1. Technical Expertise and Problem Solving:
- Have a sound knowledge of on-hand working on the processing of Boilers and Utilities.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex engineering issues and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions, resolve technical problems, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with company strategy and priorities.
- Know about the E&I procedures and technicalities.
3. Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Allocate resources, monitor progress, and manage budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Implement effective project management methodologies to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
4. Process Improvement and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement engineering processes and standards to enhance productivity and quality.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
5. Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project updates, highlight key issues, and present solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to facilitate collaboration and achieve business objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between engineering, production, and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10-15 years experience in engineering management, preferably in the Beverage Industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent project management abilities, including budget management and resource allocation.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles, processes, and technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
