- Development of quality assurance objectives, plans & monitoring systems.
- Development & implementation of product, process specifications & control parameters.
- Analysis of market feedback to establish trends & to evaluate cost of quality.
- Ensure calibration of devices and equipment used in production processes.
- Liaison with different departments i-e; R&D, customer services, planning, sourcing & PPC for the execution of tasks.
- Training to quality assurance inspectors, as and when required.
- Identification & follow up of problems that adversely affect any product realization process.
- Promote continual improvement in all processes and products.
- Coordination with CSD department for the reduction of market complaints.
- Coordination with CSD store for the on time delivering of parts & cabinets to reduce sale returns.
- Develop QM budget & control.
- Responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
