We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Feasibility Studies Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the viability of potential projects, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to determine the viability of proposed projects, initiatives, and investments.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to collect pertinent data, project needs, and market insights.
  • Create detailed feasibility study plans that outline objectives, methodology, and dates.
  • Evaluate the possible risks and advantages of proposed initiatives using quantitative and qualitative analysis approaches.
  • To assure project success, identify critical success factors, potential difficulties, and mitigation solutions.
  • Create sophisticated financial models, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and payback period estimates.
  • Assess the commercial potential of the project by analyzing market trends, industry benchmarks, and regulatory issues.
  • Create well-structured, data-driven feasibility study papers for stakeholders and decision-makers to review.
  • When necessary, collaborate with external consultants and subject-matter experts to gain specialized input.

Requirements:

  • ICAP Finalist with articles completed in the Business Advisory department plus 1 year post-article experience.
  • Experience with Gulf-related clients is preferred.
  • Experience in conducting feasibility studies, market research, or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
