- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in IT governance or related field, with at least 2 years in a banking environment
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and regulatory compliance in the banking sector
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
