The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in project management or related field, with at least 2 years in a banking environment
- Strong project management skills and certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
