We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Officer/Purchasing Officer to join our team in Islamabad. Job Description:

This role is tailored for individuals with 2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or procurement who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive and collaborative work environment. As a Junior Accounts Office/Purchasing Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and procurement functions.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Assistance:

Assist in maintaining financial records and ledgers.
Support the processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments.
Participate in reconciling financial discrepancies.
Help prepare basic financial reports and statements.

Purchasing and Procurement Support:

Assist in supplier/vendor research and evaluation.
Participate in negotiations and contract management.
Aid in the procurement process from requisition to delivery.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and initiating reorders.
Learn and adhere to procurement policies and guidelines.

Communication and Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the finance and procurement teams to understand departmental needs.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and vendors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or procurement (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
