Procurement Executive

Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services from both local and international suppliers.
Conduct research of specialized vendors for new inquiries on Alibaba, Made in China, etc.
Maintain and update the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure best value, quality, and delivery terms.
Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and specifications.
Issue purchase orders (POs) and track the delivery of goods to ensure on-time receipt.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Assist in vendor development and performance evaluation.
Resolve supply-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, or pricing discrepancies.
Prepare and present procurement reports to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP.)
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
