Manager Custom Clearance

HMI Pakistan is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Manager Custom Clearance to lead our custom clearance operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing customs documentation teams, building strong relationships with authorities, and ensuring compliance with the latest customs laws and regulations. Proficiency in English is a must.

Lead and oversee efficient custom clearance operations.
Manage and mentor the customs documentation team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customs authorities and other relevant entities.
Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
Ensure all customs documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline customs clearance procedures.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to customs clearance promptly.
Monitor and analyze customs clearance performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Provide training and support to team members on customs regulations and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth import/export operations.
