Key Responsibilities:
Manage Day-to-Day Operations:Oversee the daily activities and smooth functioning of the travel agency. Ensure that the team follows company protocols and procedures.
Develop Travel Packages:Design and curate travel packages tailored to customer preferences. Work on creating budget-friendly options that meet the market demands.
Coordinate with Vendors:Build and maintain relationships with client services and other travel-related vendors. Negotiate deals and ensure that the agency gets the best terms possible.
Ensure Excellent Customer Service:Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive travel experience. Resolve customer complaints promptly.
Qualifications:
Communication and Organizational Skills:Strong English and Urdu written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize tasks, employees, and travel itineraries efficiently.
Experience in the Travel Industry:Prior experience in the travel agency and Umrah sector is required.
Knowledge of Travel Booking Systems:Expertise in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Travelport, Sabre, or Amadeus is essential.
Ability to Multitask and Work Under Pressure:Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, particularly during peak travel seasons.
Customer-focused with a Problem-solving Attitude:A commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction while addressing issues proactively.
Previous Managerial Experience (Preferred):Leadership skills and prior experience in managing teams is advantageous.
