Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing new features and functionality for WordPress websites.
- Ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
- Collaborating with designers and other team members to deliver projects on time and to specifications.
Establishing and guiding the website's architecture.
Conducting website performance tests and troubleshooting content issues.
Conducting WordPress training sessions for clients and team members.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery.
Experience with MySQL or other database systems.
Familiarity with web servers (Apache or Nginx) and hosting environments.
Knowledge of web standards, responsive design, and SEO best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently.
Experience:
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex WordPress-based applications.
Experience in custom theme and plugin development from scratch.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Ability to work with third-party APIs and integrations.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Capacity to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
Additional Skills:
Experience with e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify integration).
Familiarity with WordPress security best practices.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and implementation.
Experience with performance optimization techniques.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (sometimes preferred).
- Certifications in WordPress development or relevant technologies (optional but beneficial)
Policies:
No mobile use during work hours except breaks.
No freelancing or contractual job with others.
Fixed office hours 10:00 - 6:30 (Mon - Fri) 11:00 - 7:30 (Sat)
Onsite job no WFH

Experience: 1-2 years
Work Timings: Monday - Friday, 10:30 am - 6 pm, Saturday, 11 am - 7:30 pm
Work Mode: Onsite
