We seek a highly motivated and customer-oriented Female Telesales Representative/ Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information on our products and services, as well as addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate sales.
- Answering customers' questions about the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.
Requirements :
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English.
- Candidates with experience in outbound Telesales .
- Creative thinking mindset.
- Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales hunting ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
