• Handle all aspects of Letter of Credit (LC) operations, ensuring timely processing and compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and review LC forms for accuracy and completeness.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and bank officials regarding LC matters.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to LCs promptly.
  • Ensure all import documentation is accurately prepared and maintained in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Create and manage a filing system for all LC-related documents.
  • Prepare regular reports on import activities, LC status, and any issues encountered for management review.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
