Email Marketing Intern

We're looking for a motivated Email Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to develop practical skills in email marketing, lead generation, and campaign strategy, all while contributing directly to business growth.

Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Management:
- Assist in the creation, setup, and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Help design email templates and optimize content for engagement.
- Segment email lists and schedule campaigns to maximize reach.
Lead Generation through Email:
- Use email outreach to generate and qualify leads for our sales team.
- Assist in creating personalized email outreach sequences for targeted prospects.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click rates, conversions) and prepare reports for review.
- Analyze metrics to refine and improve future campaigns and optimize audience engagement.
Market Research & Content Development:
- Assist in identifying market trends and customer needs through email feedback and responses.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email copy that drives action.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure email campaigns align with overall marketing strategies.
- Support the development of A/B testing strategies to enhance email campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Enrolled in or recently graduated with a Marketing, Communications, or related degree.
Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Instantly).
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Eager to learn and experiment with email marketing strategies and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing strategies.
No prior experience is necessary — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
