Ilyas Group Of Industries Limited is seeking a dedicated and talented Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Marketing, or Business Administration, with at least 2 years of experience in sales. As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day student counselling, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer care. You will provide students with information about the universities we represent, arrange meetings with the team head, and contribute to revenue growth through increased sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily student counselling sessions, guiding prospective students on educational opportunities.
- Provide detailed information about the universities we represent and assist students in making informed decisions.
- Arrange meetings between students and the team head for further guidance.
- Attain sales goals by effectively converting leads into enrolments.
- Deliver excellent customer care and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.
- Monitor market trends and stay updated on educational programs and opportunities.
- Ensure all counselling activities align with company policies and objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales and counselling activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Hardworking, motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
