PKR. 60,000 - 80,000/Month
- The incumbent will be responsible to performs costing of all import shipments for goods in transit within the consignment data base.
- Performs Administrative activities with concern to processing, of documentation and handling of all incoming Shipments.
- Liaises with Finance Department for opening Letters of credit, transfers, and bank delivery order for shipment covered by L/C and without LC.
- Assisting in co-ordination for inspection and necessary survey, in case shipments arrives in open, torn, wet and damaged condition.
- Coordinating with other suppliers of the company to ensure proper arrival of goods in the Units and ensuring their timely payment.
- Coordinating with the suppliers of company, the shipping agents and freight forwarders to ensure proper clearance of goods from custom.
