Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues across the store.
Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and system issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Ensure timely maintenance of IT equipment and track inventory.
Assist in setting up new workstations and maintaining user accounts.
Collaborate with the IT team for system upgrades and cybersecurity measures.
Provide technical support and training to store staff when needed.
Document technical problems and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office Suite, and basic networking.
Problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
