This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at Computerzone located in Gulberg III Lahore.We are wholesaler and deals in top trendy smart gadgets (Mobile & Computer Accessories). As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, Deals all calls and managing order list, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will communicate with customers through social media, and assist them with product-related questions, Boost the sales guide customers properly.

Major Job Responsibilities 

  • Good communication skills and convincing power
  • Guide customers about product pricing, features, etc
  • Order-taking and payment confirmations
  • WhatsApp marketing messages
  • Responding WhatsApp queries
  • Mostly Inbound calls some outbound calls can be payment confirmation, callbacks, etc.
  • Good command on Microsoft Office
  • Preparation Excel or PDF files

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, written
  • Strong problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
