Innovative Edge Technologies is seeking a seasoned Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for online marketing, a keen understanding of SEO strategies, and the ability to drive organic growth for our diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough website analyses, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and drive effective content strategies.
Monitor and analyze site performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other industry-standard tools.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other digital marketing professionals to ensure SEO best practices are consistently applied.
Prepare and present SEO performance reports to senior management.
Engage in link-building strategies and manage backlink profiles for optimal domain authority.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the user experience while optimizing for search engines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Proficient with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous but not mandatory.
A collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
