Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

  •  Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on product offerings, features, and competitive advantages.
  •  Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients.

Market Research:

  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

Innovators

 Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  •  Proven sales experience (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
