Seeking a seasoned professional having Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, selection, and induction processes while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, it involves maintaining an organized CV database to support future hiring needs and improve hiring strategies.
Key Responibilities:
- Proactively source top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Oversee the entire hiring process, including drafting and publishing job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and facilitate interviews for a seamless candidate experience.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process, including employee orientation, HRIS induction, system setup, and resource allocation (ERP login, SIM cards, laptops, etc.), while ensuring HR compliance.
- Maintain an organized CV database and keep employee records updated in personal files and HRIS.
- Facilitate the smooth processing of employee benefits, including health insurance cards and account openings.
- Assist in designing and updating organizational organograms for clear workforce structuring.
