- Sending letters/emails to prospect clients.
- Connecting with prospective customers through their preferred mean of communication to inform them regarding the product and services.
- Handle inbound calls & Customer inquiries/queries.
- Forward the queries/inquiries to the concerned team.
- Liaise with Customer Service team to effectively service the business requirements.
- Timely respond to customer`s i.e inquiry status, pending queries etc etc.
- Handle & resolved the customer`s complaints in a timely manner.
- Payment follow-up with customers via out bound calls & emails.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
