Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for quality implementation of all projects at MPK in line with IRP strategy within assigned area,ensure effective service delivery and provision of technical assistance toproject staff & SINDH programme.
KEY RESULT AREAS
The following are the main responsibilities that the role holder will be accountable for:
- Develop programmes and projects based on the Country Strategic Plan and area needs
- Designing and preparing concept notes/proposals for programme interventions andseeking and/or identifying sources of funding for new/existing programmes.
- Coordinating all aspects of the programme, including technical support and supervision and the development of effective operational, monitoring, evaluation and reporting plans.
- Ensuring that the programme is implemented in a consultative, participative and gendersensitive manner.
- Ensure the programme meets Islamic Relief Worldwide Quality Standards andinternational Codes of Conduct. Produce high quality reports to submit to MEAL and country office, according to theagreed deadline.
- Provide support and guidance to programme team in areas of planning, design andimplementation by ensuring that technical support is sensitive to socio-cultural background of targeted communities and institutions.
- Ensure that programmes are implemented, reviewed and evaluated in a consultative andparticipative manner through regular field visits.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes under implementation in FieldOffices.
- Support the field and country team to ensure the effectiveness, impact and direction of theprogrammes are appropriately implemented, monitored, reviewed and evaluated on a continuous basis using the quality guidance of the IRW Policy and Procedures Manual and other international standards.
- Support and lead programme team in the development of annual and other regularreviews; annual and business plans.
- Representing and liaising with key stakeholders including community leaders, local authorities, government, UN agencies, donors and representatives of international andnational NGOs.
- Work closely with the Humanitarian Response Support Coordinator/Program Coordinator/Area Program Manager to diversify the funding sources through developing existing or new relationships with local donors.
- Build and strengthen significant relationships between IR partners, INGOs, UN,institutional donors and relevant government departments.
- Build working relationships with donors and other INGOs in the District.
- Ensure regular and effective communications are maintained within 3 the Area,Field and with the office.
- Speak to community groups to explain and interpret agency purposes, programs, andpolicies.
- Highlight the impact reports in case studies
- Perform any other official assignment given by supervisor.

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH(sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH
