- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming textile materials and products.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for production and sales demands.
- Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize stock losses, damages, and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align inventory levels with production schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Process orders from internal departments and external clients, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
- Manage pick, pack, and dispatch operations to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and update the inventory management system.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and order status.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Implement safety protocols to safeguard the store and personnel.
- Supervise and train store staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and efficient work environment to maximize team productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control (Lean Six Sigma certified will be preferred)
- 4-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software tools
