We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development / Sales Executive with an initial level of understanding in IT sales and experience on freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience navigating freelance platforms to generate business leads and secure new clients. This role is crucial in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and improving our company’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Strategy set by the management: Execute the company’s business development strategy to meet sales and revenue goals.
Freelance Platforms: Leverage platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance websites to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Lead Generation & CRM: Identify, qualify, and manage business leads through online channels. Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system.
Client Engagement: Handle client queries and engage with potential customers across multiple channels (email, chat, video calls, etc.), ensuring timely responses and high satisfaction.
Quotes & Invoices: Prepare and share customized quotes, proposals, and invoices for prospective and existing clients.
Social Media & Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s social media presence and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads.
Performance Reporting: Regularly report on business development activities, including freelance platform success, lead conversion, and revenue growth.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
