Pattern Master

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pattern Master located in Faisalabad. The Pattern Master will be responsible for creating, grading and approving patterns by interpreting sketches, specifications and technical information. The Pattern Master will also work closely with designers, technical designers and production teams to ensure that all garments fit, drape, and function as intended.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
At least 5 - 7 years of experience as a Pattern Master in the textile or apparel industry.
Understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and sewing techniques.
Proficient in pattern making software such as Optitex, Gerber, or Lectra.
Ability to communicate effectively with designers, technical designers, and production teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on timely delivery.
Experience with Gerber Accumark, grading and marker-making is a plus
Knowledge of manual pattern making and manipulation is also a plus
Strong portfolio showcasing patterns created for different types of garments.

Good communication skills & ability to cop with urgent tasks will be a plus point.
