Job Requirements:

  • MBA (HR) with a Minimum 3-4 Years’ experience in either Consulting or any Corporate Sector as HR Manager.    OR
  • MS/MPhil (HR) with a Minimum 1-2 years experience as a well-organized and innovative lecturer/ Researcher. Published work would be advantageous.

Age Bracket  : 26 – 32 Years

Salary: Negotiable

Job Roles

  • Assist Principal Consultant to Develop and implement HR & OD Reports, policies, and Procedures for different industries' Clients.
  • Act as a Research Associate to perform research on different topics Like Leadership, Business Management, and Innovations.
  • Assist the Senior Researcher in writing books, research papers, and articles.
