We are looking for young and energetic sales representatives for our call center. Freshers can also apply for this job, but the candidate must be fluent in English and have communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints.
- Comply with customer service standards and SOPs.
- Meet the sales target by customizing sales strategies to sell products/services to businesses or individuals.
- Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors.
- Analyzing previous successful sales to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved.
- Reviewing the progress and success of an event, making adjustments, or pitching ideas for new events as necessary.
Requirements
- Fluency in English language
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000 - 50,000 PKR / month + Commissions
Ability to commute/relocate: Harbanspura Lahore
