We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Senior Officer Sales / Marketing to join our engineering company in Karachi. As a Sr. Officer (Sales & Marketing), you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets in the automotive & aftermarket industry. You will also be required to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that clients receive the highest level of satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for sales account management, revenue generation, and collections   across products and assigned region.
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify new business opportunities in the automotive & aftermarket industry and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Conduct frequent visits & set up meetings with potential clients & actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Develop and implement creative and customized sales strategies to generate new business and achieve sales targets in the automotive & aftermarket industry.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by providing value-added services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with other departments, including engineering and operations, to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.
  • Monitor recoveries, get timely payments from customers in his domain, prepare receipts, deposit slips and co-ordinate with the Head Office in his domain.
  • Any other jobs assigned by HOD.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in field sales (Direct Sales).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office Suite (MS-Excel is a must).
