- Manage overall operations related to Oil Movement / Logistics Operations at the terminal.
- Team management including Staff training, counseling and their effective utilization.
- Conduct Fortnightly/Monthly meeting with carriage representatives.
- Conduct Quarterly meeting with Carriage Contractors / Owners.
- Conduct Training sessions of Carriage representatives and Tank Lorry drivers.
- Journey management along with supply point in Charge as to establish best delivery routes for tank lorry, stablish best alternate delivery routes for tank lorry, if required and establish Proper Stop over's/Rest Areas for drivers on established routes.
- Route Risk Assessment.
- Responsible for ESUIT verification & non-verification.
- Prepare & implement SOPs after approval from head of department.
- Monthly Visit of concerned supply points/depot's
- Random checking of tank lorry safety & standards
- Submission of investigation report to in charge Distribution, in the case of any illegal activity done by Team members, Carriage contractors and their representatives and Tank lorry crew etc.
- Submission of all monthly/fortnightly reports to in charge distributions after detail evaluation.
- Submission of monthly performance report of each team member on standard format.
- Submission of monthly performance report of region to Incharge Distribution.
