This position will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms for EcoStar & Gree Brands. Will work closely with the marketing Head to create engaging content, build brand awareness, and foster a strong online community. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media trends and a proven track record of driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of social media innovation.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create and curate compelling content for all social media channels with liaison of Creative and digital agencies, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand message across platforms.

Audience Engagement:

  • Build and nurture an active and engaged social media community.
  • Supervise the community Team to respond to comments, messages, and mentions.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic matrix.

Campaign Development:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of social media into overall marketing campaigns.

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications.
  • Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.
  • Google Certifications is added advantage.
