This position will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms for EcoStar & Gree Brands. Will work closely with the marketing Head to create engaging content, build brand awareness, and foster a strong online community. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media trends and a proven track record of driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create and curate compelling content for all social media channels with liaison of Creative and digital agencies, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand message across platforms.
Audience Engagement:
- Build and nurture an active and engaged social media community.
- Supervise the community Team to respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic matrix.
Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of social media into overall marketing campaigns.
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications.
- Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Social Media Marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.
- Google Certifications is added advantage.
