Major Job responsibilities will include:

Feed Manufacturing:

To ensure that incoming material meets the standards of quality as specified by the Management.
To perform physical and laboratory evaluation of raw material
To check and report raw material grinding standards & pellet quality.
To verify that preventive and corrective maintenance of Tools & Machinery like Mixer, Pellet mill, Cooler, Conveyers etc has been performed as recommended.
To ensure that Quality standards are implemented across the production cycle (i.e. Steam level, Mixer Temperature, Pellet Durability etc)
To ensure testing of random samples of finished feed.

Laboratory Management & Operations:

Supervise testing profile regarding Quality Control like:
Proximate Analysis
Phytase activity in feed mineral Analysis (Ca, P, Na, K etc)

Managing modern Quality Control parameters & products like:

Amino Acid Analyzer (Complete installation)
Flo urometer
Flame Photometer
Visometer etc

Storage:

To monitor proper storage of raw material & Finish Goods.
To monitor storage conditions for vitamins and minerals etc.
To check cleanliness of warehouses and God owns.
To audit that packing of Feed is as per standard.
To ensure that feed is not damaged in loading process.

Reporting:

Preparing Daily/weekly progress reports for senior management.
Presenting recommendations to management for future decisions.

Ensuring Safe Work Environment & Taking the Ownership of Company Policy:

To be accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce exposure to hazardous.
Ensure and audit compliance with all ISO standards as applicable to the company systems, policies, procedures, and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work.
Develop & Implement policies, procedures and Formats of QA/QC Department.
Strongly implement and adhere to company policies and procedures in department
As ETF team member, supervise emergency response.
To ensure overall implementation of QA/QC standards across Mill.
