The role is a Digital Project Co-ordinator.
Where you are the primary contact for your client and you manage the development/design teams. You are the person who grows client relationships into a long-term win/win.
The day-to-day includes:
- Being the primary point of contact for your clients.
- Conducting business and competitor analysis to assist with scoping/website requirements.
- Managing the relationship from discovery, to build and ongoing when they go live.
- Managing project plans, following up with stakeholders, and conducting progress meetings with your client.
- Understanding of WordPress, Shopify, E-commerce, PPC, Facebook Ads, Market places such as Amazon and Walmart.
- Ability to work with in-house and remote teams.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience within a Digital Project Management role – preferably in an agency setting.
- High level of digital fluency with the ability to quickly understand and adopt new technologies and database management.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Google Ads, and Familiarities with WordPress, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Amazon, etc.
- Relevant degree.
- Demonstrated relevant digital project management skills & experience.
- A strong knowledge of the technical requirements for digital project delivery
- Great communication skills and experience in delivering a positive customer experience.
- Ability to motivate and drive a project and deliver it on time and in scope.
