We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all our social media accounts in-house. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms and trends, with a focus on creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Create and curate engaging content across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in social media management.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and content management systems.
