We are looking for a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SEO with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for optimizing our website’s visibility and ranking on search engines through a combination of on-site, off-site, and technical SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site SEO:
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and headings for target keywords.
- Ensure website architecture and internal linking structures are search engine-friendly.
- Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Off-Site SEO:
- Develop and execute link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and backlink profile.
- Manage online reputation and collaborate with influencers and bloggers to boost off-site visibility.
- Monitor and analyze competitors' off-site SEO activities to identify opportunities.
Technical SEO:
- Conduct website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, broken links, and page speed optimization).
- Implement schema markup, XML sitemaps, and ensure proper indexation of the site.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are met.
Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
- Generate and analyze reports on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in SEO.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of on-site, off-site, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate SEO strategies and results.
