• Meet and greet with all guests arriving at office
  • Answer’s customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Manage office Admin procurement, & Requisitions
  • Maintain personal files of CEO and COO
  • Keep record of office items
  • Maintain track of kitchen items
  • Making spreadsheets of administration work
  • Make arrangement of Flight bookings, hotel bookings, car bookings for the top management
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Assist CEO on day to day matters related to business meetings.
  • Providing support to the Accounting Department.
  • Record transactions and data entry
  • Assist in preparing financial reports.
  • working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
  • Ensuring all payment amounts & records are accurate.
  • Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
  • Coordinate with the operations department to collect and verify expense data
  • Processing reimbursement forms
  • Maintain and update consignee payment ledgers, vendors ledgers, invoicing and other data entry
  • Maintain and update payment tracker.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll of house staff of CEO.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll of Lahore and Islamabad staff.
